I am dedicated to Personal Injury victims and the victims of Medical Malpractice.
What Makes Me Different?
Your case starts from the very second you are injured because of a drunk driver, a bad sidewalk or a poorly designed product. You are being evaluated by the witnesses, the police recording your statement and doctors who are treating your injuries. At the very same time, the insurance company of the person who hurt you is busy starting their case. They have a team of adjusters who will scrutinize the evidence and they will begin to gather as much information—information beneficial to them and their insured.
I have met with many families throughout my career about their potential medical malpractice case and the conversation usually begins with them saying: “We trusted them…if only they would have apologized.” The significance of “trust” has always stuck with me. The practice of medicine carries the motto “do no harm to the patient”. Patients place their lives and the lives of their unborn children in the hands of doctors and hospitals every day.
